Yeti Lobs is a Yeti Soldier who serves Easy Freezey and fights in the Ice Military, alongside many other Evil Yetis. He has a backpack filled with ice balls, which, as you would have guessed, he lobs at Skylanders. He is also a Trappable Water Villain in Skylanders Dark Squad. He is a huge Christmas Fanatic. You Fight him in Level 12: The Mysterious Ice Tower.
