After Creep Reef was polluted by Kaos to attract the hydra hatchlings Samuray devoted his samurai training to defeating Kaos, and joining the Skylanders. Kaos had returned to steal the young hydra hatchlings but Samuray was ready and defeated Kaos' forces. Eon witnessed his sword skills, but before he could make him a Skylander he sent him on a mission to Elder Fish Sanctuary to save the Elder Fish (Which is before the events of Skylanders: Malefor's Wrath). Play his origins with the Elder Fish Sanctuary Adventure Pack.
