Blow Hard is a whale pirate who is one of the trappable Water villains in Skylanders: Dark Squad. He was encountered at Pirate Docks, leading a group of pirates until they found the Skylanders. They fought them and were defeated and he was trapped.
In Skylanders: Imaginators, he gives up crime and becomes a Sensei of the Sentinel class.
